Design and installation of a DCS based control system for control of a chemical manufacturing facility. The system provided continuous control for the reaction and purification sections while providing batch control of catalyst recovery and production. ($37 million project)

Design and installation of a DCS based control system in an Arkansas chemical manufacturing facility. The system provided control of a complex vacuum system, as well as multiple stripping and distillation sections. ($45 million project)

Design and installation of an Allen-Bradley PLC based control system of a ballast water treatment research project. A-B's RSView32 running on a laptop was used for the HMI and data acquisition.

Design and installation of a DCS based control system at a chemical manufacturing facility. The system provided continuous control of a spray drying system and a methanol distillation column, and batch control of monomer make-up and polymerization reactions. ($16 million project)

Design and installation of a microprocessor based control system to keep track of purchased power based on a thirty-minute demand cycle, control turbine generators, and load shed 73 MW of facility demand. A $1 million savings in energy costs in the first year of installation.
